Here at Just-tow we pride ourselves on offering our customers the best value products, information and aftersales help, this also includes keeping our postage costs to a minimum throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
All small items are sent by Royal mail or Evri, larger items (Towbars etc) are sent by our reliable courier service, all methods will require a signature. Please inspect the goods for damage before signing for them. Prices shown are for orders upto 30Kg.
When goods are shipped, you will receive a email at the time of shipping with the tracking information. All goods will be delivered within the time scale of the delivery option you have selected. If you have not received your goods within the stated timescale, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the order with you.
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of freight, materials and labour, we try our best to keep these costs to a minimum.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched on your selected delivery option as soon as possible (Usually within 48Hrs) unless a surcharge has been applied for Express delivery. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque, postal order or any means other than Paypal, credit debit card and our phone order line.
If you are ordering an item to be fitted please do not arrange fitting times until your item has arrived, as justtow will not be liable for any cost due to late delivery.
*Next Day Delivery is UK Mainland Only & a surcharge is applied (Weekends Not Included). Please note cut-off time for Towbars, Trailer Parts and Towbar Accessories is 1pm.

We are currently offering services via DPD, Parcel Force, UPS & MyHermes to over 25 countries across Europe.
With Super Economy to Express services available starting from £12.50.
